Hello Blog readers! I’m back!
It has been so long! Okay, fine. It has been only four months, but in the blogging world, that seems like a lifetime.
So for those of you who may have forgotten me, or to those of you new to my page, allow me to (re)introduce myself.
My name is Liz and I have been a style blogger for a couple years. I have worked over a decade in fashion, mainly as a Visual Merchandiser and have lived up and down the East Coast. Currently, I live in Charlotte with my boyfriend and I’m still trying to get to know this area! (for the record, I have not even been here a year!) I’m beyond obsessed with gorgeous pumps, black coffee, Johnny Depp and The Real Housewives.
I am a daughter, sister, aunt, girlfriend and godmother. I am extremely sarcastic, fiercely loyal, hard working, protective, determined, loving and giving. I appreciate all forms of art. During my years in New York City, I would be found in museums or taking photographs of architecture and sculptures. I love the theater and had I not struggled with the loss of my singing voice, my dream was to one day sing on Broadway.
I call myself a jeans and tee shirt kind of girl. I can run in heels. I’m a social butterfly. I can dress up and drink martinis with my girlfriends just as easily as I can shoot pool and have a beer with my guy friends while watching football on the big screen.
I have a tight knit circle of friends, most of them I have kept all these years after high school graduation (we’re talking the better part of 20 years, here!). I am not easy to get to know, but once I feel comfortable, I will share all my stories with you.
I hate exercising but feel comfortable with yoga. I enjoy being outdoors but will take off running if I see a spider. I love photographing nature or visiting zoos and amusement parks. I’m all about a roller coaster and will sit in the front row with my arms up in the air.
I am inspired by anything and everything. I have an open mind and love and appreciate the differences in all of us. I have always believed our world would be extremely boring if we all were the same.
Again, thank you for stopping by and letting me (re)introduce myself! I’m so happy to be back and keep checking in! I have plenty more surprises in store!
